Six Rings of Safety

Six Rings Around Every Child

Think of safety as rings around your child. Each ring works on its own, and you can see every one of them on a visit. Point at a ring to read about it.

  1. 1

    One watched gate

A single way in, guards on duty all day, and every visitor signs in with photo ID and wears a badge.

  2. 2

    Cameras in every corner

Classrooms, corridors, playgrounds and buses are on camera, and recordings are kept for a month.

  3. 3

    A tap at the gate

Each child taps an ID card on arrival, and a message reaches the parent's phone within seconds.

  4. 4

    Buses we own

Our own fleet, tracked live, with a camera, a first-aid box, a trained driver and a woman attendant.

  5. 5

    Checked, trusted staff

Everyone who works here, from teachers to drivers and helpers, is police-verified before day one.

  6. 6

    Papers in order

The fire, building and water certificates are up to date. View them under Mandatory Disclosure, part B.

The Bus Journey

A Bus Ride, From Door to Door

Here is exactly what happens on a school day, from the moment the bus turns into your street.

  1. Morning

    The bus at your stop

Same stop, same time, every day. The attendant meets your child at the door.

  2. On the way

    Live on your phone

Watch the bus move on the app map while the camera on board records the trip.

  3. 7:30 AM

    A tap at the gate

Your child taps the ID card, and your phone says: arrived at school.

  4. School day

    Looked after all day

Teachers stay with the class, and cameras watch over rooms and corridors.

  5. If needed

    Quick help

The nurse is a few steps away and a doctor is on call. You hear from us at once.

  6. Afternoon

    Back home safely

Handed only to a known adult, and your phone says: dropped home.

Questions

Bus & Safety: Your Questions

Can I track the bus?

Yes. The parent app shows the bus live on a map and sends alerts at pick-up and drop-off.

My child feels sick at school. What happens?

The nurse gives first aid and calls you straight away. If needed, a teacher takes your child to our partner hospital and stays until you arrive.

Can someone else pick up my child?

Only people named on your pick-up card. For a one-time change, send a signed note or a message through the app before 12 noon.

Is the bus fee charged for the summer break?

No. Bus fees are charged only for the months the school runs.

What is RFID attendance?

Each child has an ID card with a chip. Tapping it at the gate marks attendance and sends you an alert, so you can relax: your child is safely inside.

Who drives the buses?

Trained drivers employed by the school, with years of experience and a clean driving record.
